Kelly in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the main contact at the Long Beach branch. You will support customers and dealers with order processing, product information, delivery coordination, and day-to-day customer service needs.

Key duties include order processing, shipment tracking, cross-functional coordination, and providing product/technical information. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or related work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Comfortable with data entry, email, and basic computer systems.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order Support: Take and process orders by phone, email, and in person; review dealer requests and acknowledgments.
• Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor shipment schedules and help ensure on-time deliveries; expedite when necessary.
• Team Coordination: Work with outside sales, inside sales, credit, delivery, and production teams.
• Customer Assistance: Answer product and technical questions and prepare basic price quotes for the sales team.
• Administrative Support: Process returns, manage customer credits, and enter order specs accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
