Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certification (EC–6, 4–8, 7–12, or EC–12 content areas).
• Minimum of five years of experience in the field of certification.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or supervise novice teachers.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate Teacher Candidates using T-TESS.
• Mentor candidates for instructional growth and classroom management.
• Build relationships with mentor teachers and school administrators.
