Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a master's degree in counseling and have 3 years as a certified school counselor.
• Valid Texas School Counselor Certificate required in good standing.
• Must have completed current TEA-approved Field Supervisor Coaching Training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct minimum of three informal observations per semester.
• Provide targeted feedback to candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and student information.
