Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor in Texas to manage daily field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project completion. You will supervise crews, monitor progress, and enforce company policies while coordinating with supervisors on emergencies and material needs.

The role demands hands-on experience with waterproofing, roofing materials, and strong communication skills. Outdoor, on-site work with varying weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards; monitor quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols; ensure PPE usage, scaffold checks, and fall protections are in place.
• Monitor crew productivity and adherence to on-site procedures and company policies.
• Report policy violations to supervisor; assist with material stock and replenishment as needed.
• Read scope of work and submittals; maintain tools and coordinate with supervisor on emergencies.
