The role involves operating equipment, assisting with waterproofing applications and coatings, and completing exterior repairs. It requires outdoor work in varying weather, with occasional extended hours and a valid driver’s license is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Waterproofing & Concrete work.
• Perform Leak Investigations, Water testing & repairs for water infiltration.
• Install waterproofing treatment using equipment per procedures.
• Assist in waterproofing application and work with waterproofing chemicals and coatings.
• Perform minor exterior repairs for concrete, masonry, sealant, and waterproofing issues on buildings and parking structures.
• Access to work areas may require boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolds, ladders; training provided
• Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting of waterproofing membranes/coatings
• Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are in working order and replaced as needed
• Adhere to health and safety practices and procedures
• Adhere to laws and regulations including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, and company policies.
