HeartShare is seeking a Centralized Maintenance Supervisor (Residential Programs) to lead the field-based maintenance team, schedule daily work orders, and ensure safe, compliant facilities across our sites in New York. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with TheWorxHub for work order and asset management.

The supervisor will oversee maintenance staff, conduct interviews, train new hires, and coordinate with vendors, while staying on-call for emergencies

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical) and safety standards.
• Proficiency with automated facilities management systems (TheWorxHub) for work orders, PMs, assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Maintenance Workers; assign tasks and set performance goals.
• Schedule and track daily work orders; liaise with vendors and monitor completion.
• Conduct interviews for new maintenance positions and train new employees.
• Oversee safety protocols and PPE use; ensure regulatory compliance and incident response.
• Manage overtime requests and staff performance evaluations.
• Maintain vehicle and tool care, and facilitate ongoing professional development.
