Job summary

Ledcor Group of Companies seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to lead on-site field execution in a fast-paced construction environment. You will work closely with the Superintendent, HS&E, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on assigned projects in Kingman, AZ.

You will coordinate field activities, monitor subcontractors, and drive incident reporting and investigations as required.

Qualifications

Three or more years of construction field supervision experience.
Experience in underground construction, telecommunications, utilities, or related environments is preferred.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with crews and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring work is completed safely and in alignment with project plans and Ledcor safety requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, safe work planning, and incident support as needed.
Monitor field progress, production, and quality requirements to keep projects on track.
Supervise subcontractor performance, safety compliance, schedule commitments, and quality of work.
Build positive relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Support access coordination, field-level issue resolution, and clear communication with the Superintendent and project team.
May perform other related duties as assigned.
