Job summary

Senior Helpers of Westford is seeking a Client Success Caregiver to deliver hands-on caregiving, support our office team, and meet urgent staffing needs within Middlesex County, MA. The role combines caregiving with client and office collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a CNA or HHA with a minimum of one year of caregiving and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Travel required with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification from an approved program.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on caregiving experience.
• Customer service experience with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion and personal care services to clients.
• Cover urgent client needs including new client starts and caregiver call-outs.
• Safely transport clients when appropriate.
• Conduct client check-in visits to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Introduce caregivers to new clients and help ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify opportunities to increase client services and communicate them to office.
