Job summary

Sheraton Caregivers LLC is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver/Caregiver Support for a part-time, field-based role in Fairfield County, CT. You will transport caregivers to client assignments, support field operations, and coordinate transportation needs.

The position offers two split shifts (Thu–Sun) and a pay rate of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with 28 hours guaranteed per week and weekly pay. Overtime opportunities are available per law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect company vehicles and keep them clean and organized.
• Support transportation-related operational needs and supplies distribution.

Guaranteed Hours: 28 hours per week

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday

About the Position

Sheraton Caregivers LLC is seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-focused Driver/Caregiver Support to join our Operations and Field Services team. This is a part-time field-based position with 24 guaranteed hours per week. The Driver/Caregiver Support will assist with transporting caregivers to and from client assignments, supporting field operations, coordinating transportation needs, and helping ensure caregivers have the resources they need to successfully serve our clients.

This is a Split Shift Position with two daily shift options:

• Morning: Thursday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM(4 Hours a shift)
• Evening: Thursday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM(4 Hours a shift)

Compensation

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour
• Pay rate based on credentials, qualifications, and relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely transport caregivers to and from assigned client locations.
• Coordinate caregiver transportation needs with Scheduling and Operations.
• Ensure caregivers arrive at assigned client locations safely and on time.
• Communicate route changes, delays, emergencies, and transportation concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with transportation and distribution of agency supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Support communication between caregivers, clients, and the office.
• Assist with staffing and transportation-related operational needs.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling client and caregiver information.
• Assist with special transportation assignments and operational projects as directed.

Service Area

This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel throughout Fairfield County and surrounding communities, including:

• Bridgeport
• Fairfield
• Westport
• Norwalk
• Stamford
• Surrounding service areas

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the Operations and Scheduling teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing routes and operational needs.
• Comfortable driving throughout Fairfield County and surrounding areas.
• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, healthcare, transportation, staffing, or field operations is a plus.
