Job summary

Sheraton Caregivers LLC is seeking a reliable Driver/Caregiver Support to join our Operations and Field Services team. This part-time, field-based role transports caregivers to client assignments, supports field operations, and coordinates transportation needs across Fairfield County, CT.

The position offers two daily shifts (6:00 AM–10:00 AM and 6:00 PM–10:00 PM) from Thursday to Sunday, with 28 hours guaranteed per week and weekly pay. Prior caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with Operations and Scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport caregivers to and from assigned client locations.
• Coordinate transportation needs with Scheduling and Operations.
• Ensure caregivers arrive on time and safely at client locations.
• Communicate route changes, delays, emergencies, and concerns to the team.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain vehicles.
