Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor in Cookeville, TN to support our DIDD Employment and Community First programs and lead field staff. This role moves you toward a leadership position beyond direct support while coaching teams and ensuring high-quality services.

You will conduct quality visits, build relationships with individuals and families, and help participants achieve employment and independence goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services: Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits; build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals; support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals: Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff; reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations; observe services and provide coaching; support new staff through field training and ongoing development.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Complete quality assurance visits; review documentation and service delivery; assist with incident investigations and reportable events; support compliance requirements; recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes.
• Problem Solve & Improve Services: Resolve client and caregiver concerns; monitor service quality; assist with audits and corrective actions; identify barriers and recommend solutions.
