Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care seeks a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations, DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, and to provide leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our direct support staff.

This role offers pathways to leadership beyond direct support and emphasizes developing skills in ECF, supported employment, and IDD services. A strong emphasis on teamwork and quality outcomes is evident throughout the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services.
• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff.
• Observe services and provide coaching.
• Complete quality assurance visits.
• Review documentation and service delivery.
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events.
• Support compliance requirements.
