Senior Solutions Home Care in Cookeville, TN, seeks a Field Supervisor to support DIDD Employment and Community First programs, providing leadership, coaching, and field support to direct support staff. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff.
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations.
• Observe services and provide coaching.
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development.
• Complete quality assurance visits, review documentation and service delivery.
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events and compliance requirements.
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes.
• Resolve client and caregiver concerns.
• Monitor service quality and assist with audits and corrective actions.
