Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our DIDD Employment and Community First programs, leading field staff and ensuring service quality.

You'll conduct quality visits, build relationships with individuals and families, coach DSPs, and ensure compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tennessee with competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing

Responsibilities

• Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services
• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
• Observe services and provide coaching
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development
• Complete quality assurance visits
• Review documentation and service delivery
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
• Support compliance requirements
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes
• Resolve client and caregiver concerns
• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions
