Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Columbia, TN is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and DIDD Employment and Community First programs, providing leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our direct support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity to move beyond direct support into a leadership role with weekly pay, full-time schedule, and growth potential. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services
• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
• Observe services and provide coaching
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development
• Complete quality assurance visits
• Review documentation and service delivery
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
• Support compliance requirements
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes
• Resolve client and caregiver concerns
• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions
