Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Waco, TX area. You will oversee in-home care services, train caregivers, and coordinate with families to design personalized care plans. This role requires leadership in a healthcare setting and strong communication with clients and staff.

The Field Supervisor ensures care quality, guides staff, and acts as a liaison between clients and the office, maintaining compassionate, compliant service. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 /hourly + Mileage Reimbursement

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
