You will supervise caregivers, conduct in-home visits, design personalized care plans, and coordinate with families and office staff to maintain seamless care delivery. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem‑solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
