Job summary

AccentCare Inc in Beaumont is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Personal Care Services team. This role covers Beaumont, Lumberton, and Sour Lake with in-home visits, staff training, and client plan development.

You will lead caregiver orientations, assess client needs, and act as a liaison among clients, caregivers, and office staff. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
