You will oversee daily installation and fulfillment operations, ensure timely task completion, and uphold quality standards while supporting technicians on-site and coordinating with client leadership. Role requires 3+ years in cable or broadband, willingness to travel up to 50% annually, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation/fulfillment operations for assigned market.
• Verify technicians are logged in, have routes, and are ready to start on time.
• Distribute daily work and cover routes when needed; onboard new contractor crews.
• Monitor progress with workforce management tools and conduct on-site QC.
