W3Global seeks a seasoned Field Supervisor to lead energy‑efficiency and electrical construction crews across commercial, industrial, and government facilities. You will coordinate field activities, supervise installers, and ensure safe, high‑quality work aligned with plans and schedules.

Responsibilities include directing daily startup meetings, managing labor, and overseeing Lutron controls installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial electrical/lighting/energy-efficiency installation experience.
• Previous crew lead/field supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and fixture schedules.
• Valid driver's license and travel willingness.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installers and field personnel on projects.
• Lead daily startup meetings, coordinate safety and priorities.
• Coordinate field activities with project schedules and customer requirements.
• Oversee LED lighting and Lutron controls installation and testing.
• Maintain safety standards and deliver quality installations.
• Provide daily project reporting and performance updates.
