Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care seeks a Field Supervisor to support our DIDD Employment and Community First programs and lead our field staff. This role provides leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and on-site support to direct support staff.

Ideal candidates have a background in ECF, supported employment, or IDD services, plus a desire to move into leadership. The position offers a full-time schedule with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, job coaches, and field staff.
• Observe services and provide coaching; support field training.
