Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee home care operations and DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs. This role provides leadership, coaching, and field support to direct support staff, with opportunities to progress into higher leadership positions.

Ideal candidates have relevant IDD service experience, a passion for person-centered care, and the ability to develop skills through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor and coach DSPs, job coaches, and field staff.
• Ensure quality and compliance through visits and documentation.
