Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring a Field Supervisor to support our DIDD Employment and ECF programs, lead field staff, and ensure quality service delivery across in-home and community settings. You will coach DSPs and job coaches, conduct quality visits, and promote person-centered, compliant care while building strong relationships with individuals, families, and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in healthcare, caregiving, or related human services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals receiving ECF and DIDD services in home, community, and workplace settings.
• Mentor and supervise DSPs, job coaches, and field staff.
• Ensure quality and compliance through visits and documentation reviews.
• Address client and caregiver concerns and drive service improvements.
