Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care, based in Tennessee, is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead the DIDD Employment and Community First programs, provide leadership and coaching, and offer field support to our direct support staff.

This full-time role includes a company vehicle, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for leadership growth and skill development while ensuring high-quality services for individuals and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services
• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
• Observe services and provide coaching
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development
• Complete quality assurance visits
• Review documentation and service delivery
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
• Support compliance requirements
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes
• Resolve client and caregiver concerns
• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions
