Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage daily operations at a community site in Florida. You will start at 8:00 a.m., perform pool and common-area maintenance, coordinate with landscapers, and ensure residents receive timely assistance.

You will supervise contractors, oversee irrigation, and uphold safety standards throughout the shift. Responsibilities include documenting issues, guiding staff, and responding to resident needs while keeping facilities clean, organized, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Start the day at 8:00 a.m. and verify site readiness for daily duties.
• Clean and inspect pool and community areas; pick up litter and replenish supplies.
• Move furniture for order, check restrooms for soap and tissue, and ensure cleanliness.
• Perform field tours of common areas to spot landscaping and irrigation issues.
• Use moisture meters to assess damp spots and report maintenance needs to vendors.
• Monitor irrigation pumps, check circuit breakers, and coordinate with the landscape team.
• Lock up the facility and route calls to the District-issued cell phone as needed.
• Document issues, photograph concerns, and report back to management with action plans.
• Engage with residents and address inquiries, maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Manage administrative tasks and supervise contractors and vendors as required.
