Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field supervision tasks across the community center, pool area, and common spaces.
• Inspect irrigation, landscaping, and maintenance issues; report to vendors when needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; monitor work and payments as applicable.
• Maintain records, calendars, and amenity access for residents and staff.
• Respond to resident inquiries and document resolution actions.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facilities for residents.
