Responsibilities

• Check the pool area and common spaces for cleanliness and safety, and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, irrigation, and landscaping needs.
• Maintain records, calendars, and bulletin boards; manage amenity access and rental contracts.
• Use a PC to run Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and manage real-time employee reporting.
