Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida in Winter Park is seeking a Groundskeeping Supervisor to lead the Maintenance team, overseeing flower beds, shrubs, hedges, irrigation, and coordinating with vendors to ensure reliable operations.

This full-time role requires an AA degree or equivalent with 3 years related experience, strong English communication, time management, and the ability to schedule and supervise daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate work schedules and tasks.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Maintain and order maintenance supply inventory.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Train staff on troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and A/C systems.
