Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is hiring a Groundskeeping Supervisor for the Maintenance Department in Winter Park, FL. You will oversee flower beds, shrubs, hedges, irrigation systems, and coordinate the lawn service contractor.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3 years related experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned staff; coordinate work and schedules.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Maintain and order maintenance supply inventory.
• Interact with contractors/vendors for repairs.
• Coordinate building and equipment repair projects with staff/contractors.
• Train staff on troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
