Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings focused on operational processes, territory updates, goal setting, and professional development.
  • Facilitate interview, selection, and onboarding for new field team members.
  • Manage time-off requests, expense reimbursements, time audits, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure field work orders are prioritized, distributed, and completed within turnaround times.
  • Balance workload distribution and coverage routing to maximize efficiency.
  • Verify documentation, paperwork, and real-time system updates.
  • Oversee inventory, equipment availability, and technology functionality.
  • Track productivity, turnaround times, quality, costs per location, and budgets.
  • Identify root causes of performance gaps and implement scalable improvements using dashboards and feedback.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of field work.
  • Provide weekly leadership updates on risks, staffing needs, and capacity.
  • Participate in quarterly planning to improve SOPs and workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client and customer service issues.
  • Maintain current team process manuals, SOPs, and management workflows.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations regarding field capacity, workflow impacts, and client needs
  • Maintain current team process manuals, standard operating procedures, and management system workflows
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field
  • 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Call center or multi-team management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop individuals and teams
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience standardizing processes, identifying inefficiencies, problem-solving, and implementing sustainable improvements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization and with clients
  • Confidence and emotional intelligence when addressing performance or conduct-related concerns
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs, including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ability to plan and manage projects using project management software such as Asana
  • Current registered process server required
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving history required
  • Reliable vehicle, current auto registration, and current auto insurance required
  • Ability to perform required physical functions, with or without accommodation
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of working hours
