Job summary

The housleygroup is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fiber installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on fiber experience and strong leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, planning projects, conducting site inspections, coordinating with project managers and customers, maintaining documentation, and seeking process improvements. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in fiber installation or telecommunications field work.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, maps, and construction drawings.
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions.
