Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all work performed by fiber subcontractors on assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to plans, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance related to safety, workmanship, and productivity.
• Report progress and issues to management; provide leadership to field staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships; address concerns.
• Enforce company safety policies and regulatory compliance at all sites.
• Manage resources including crews, equipment, materials, and project budgets.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to field activities, safety incidents, and performance.
