Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Field Superintendent to support project execution, safety, quality, and scheduling across multiple sites. The role may oversee smaller projects under $5 million or serve as Project Superintendent on larger scopes, with daily logs and photo records required.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in construction management or related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, OSHA 30-hour certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with pull planning, Microsoft Project, and short-term look-ahead scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities and logistics, including oversight of jobsite operations.
• Communicate with contractors and project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, submittals and other docs.
• Ensure subcontractors fully execute contracts and safety standards are met.
• Manage quality-control efforts for materials and completed work.
• Maintain daily written logs and photo records of site progress.
