Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee daily operations at job sites, managing crews, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with QC staff and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field supervisory experience in soil stabilization, strong leadership, and the ability to read and interpret project plans

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade coursework preferred.
• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in construction or soil stabilization.
• Knowledge of soil stabilization equipment, materials, and field processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Understanding of OSHA and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, operators, teamsters, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Manage daily work schedules, equipment assignments, and material usage.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with engineering specifications, project plans, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide on‑site guidance to crews.
• Coordinate with logistics and fleet teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on crew performance, equipment usage, and project progress.
