Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc. seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee daily operations at soil stabilization job sites, supervising crews, equipment, and materials to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

You will report to the Project Manager, coordinate with QC and logistics, enforce OSHA standards, and drive on-site efficiency through hands-on leadership and rigorous site documentation. Experience in civil construction and soil treatment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in construction or soil stabilization.
• Knowledge of soil stabilization equipment, materials and field processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews, operators, teamsters, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Manage daily work schedules, equipment assignments, and material usage.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Report progress and updates to the Project Manager; coordinate with logistics and QC teams.
