Job summary

Nationwide Shotcrete, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site field operations in Austin, TX, focusing on shotcrete and prepwork.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials, ensuring work is safe, on time, within budget, and compliant with project specs and union rules. Ideal candidates have prior Superintendent or Foreperson experience in concrete or shotcrete, knowledge of building codes, and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• On-site supervision of shotcrete projects.
• Ability to read construction plans and seismic retrofit specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment and materials.
• Enforce safety standards and lead toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and union representatives.
• Preferred: prior Superintendent/Foreperson experience in concrete or shotcrete.
• Knowledge of local building codes and OSHA regulations is beneficial.
• HS diploma or equivalent; construction management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for shotcrete and prepwork.
