Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in precast concrete or construction, with supervisory experience. Certifications in OSHA and a 4-year degree are preferred. The position includes comprehensive health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in precast concrete or construction; 3–5+ years supervisory experience.
• OSHA 10-hr & 30-hr certifications required; PCI Field Auditor a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily to job sites; occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage field crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Develop production plans and establish quality control standards.
• Coordinate erection activities, equipment, materials, and subcontractor scheduling.
