Job summary

Responsibilities include planning erection processes, coordinating field services, and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across active sites. A four-year degree is preferred, with 5–7 years of precast experience and 3–5+ years of supervisory experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance in erection process planning, including personnel and material needs.
• Coordinates erection and field service activities to optimize resources.
• Manages subcontractors and field employees to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Visits job sites regularly to monitor progress and address issues.
• Plans and coordinates subcontractors to support project schedules.
• Monitors subcontractor performance related to safety, quality, and scope.
