Job summary

Tindall Corporation in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead field operations on precast projects. You will direct subcontractors and employees to meet plans, safety rules, quality, and schedule, traveling to job sites as needed.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and OSHA 10/30 certifications along with PCI Field Auditor credentials. A four-year college degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hr and OSHA 30 Hr certifications required.
• PCI Field Auditor certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of related field experience.
• 3–5+ years supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel daily to job sites; some out-of-town travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and employees to complete projects safely, on time, within budget.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing operations plans including labor hours and costs.
• Establish production and quality control standards; manage budget.
• Coordinate erection and field service activities with other functions.
• Review reports and resolve operational, maintenance problems.
• Plan for subcontractors and contribute to strategic erection division.
