Job summary

Exxon is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field mechanical operations on site. You will coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning daily work, monitoring resources, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with diverse teams to resolve issues and ensure progress on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Superintendent or similar construction leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to effectively coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from project start through completion.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily work activities to meet milestones.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure proper allocation and productivity.
• Maintain accurate job site documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist with change order documentation, pricing support, and schedule impact evaluation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
