Job summary

Exxon is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field mechanical operations at a major industrial site. The role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget, coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead field personnel, communicate expectations clearly, and engage in meetings both in person and virtually to drive project progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Superintendent or construction leadership role.
• Strong scheduling and safety knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from project start through completion.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily work to meet milestones.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment for productivity.
• Maintain up-to-date job site documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, clients and stakeholders.
