Delta Constructors, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead the Mechanical team, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of construction activities at client sites in the United States. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with QA/QC and field contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience and 8–10 years in oil & gas or energy sectors, with strong hands-on skills in tools and heavy equipment and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Work Experience: Three (3) years supervisory experience; Eight (8) to ten (10) years in oil & gas or energy industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and successful execution of construction activities in their area.
• Schedule work activities and manpower to meet completion dates.
• Manage teams with focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Provide safety monitoring and leadership.
• Interface with QA/QC to address quality issues and progress.
• Oversee contractor materials management and verification systems.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans.
• Monitor workforce productivity and progress relative to schedule.
• Coordinate field changes with contractors, vendors, and client.
