Luxury Impact LLC in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead installation teams on high‑end residential window and door projects. You will own field execution, ensure workmanship quality, review shop drawings, and coordinate with General Contractors to keep projects on schedule.

This full‑time role reports to the Director of Operations and requires hands‑on installation experience with impact systems, strong leadership, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

Based from our 10,000-square-foot headquarters in East Delray Beach, we work with many of South Florida's leading custom home builders, architects and homeowners on sophisticated new-construction and renovation projects.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Field Superintendent to take ownership of field execution and installation quality across our projects.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced window and door professional with hands‑on installation experience, strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of installation best practices.

This is not a position for someone who waits for tasks to be assigned. The successful candidate must be proactive, assertive and accountable—someone who can understand the objective, anticipate what needs to happen next, communicate effectively and drive execution through completion.

The Field Superintendent will oversee multiple active projects and installation teams while serving as a key field liaison between Luxury Impact, our General Contractors and other trades.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of field execution from pre‑construction through final completion.
• Lead installation crews and hold teams accountable for workmanship, productivity, schedule and jobsite expectations.
• Proactively identify priorities, upcoming needs, potential conflicts and corrective actions.
• Review shop drawings, anchoring details, product requirements and installation conditions.
• Verify masonry openings and field conditions including dimensions, plumb, level, square, substrate condition and installation readiness.
• Confirm materials, equipment, manpower and site conditions are ready prior to installation.
• Apply hands‑on installation knowledge to inspect and enforce proper installation practices and workmanship.
• Inspect anchoring, shimming, fastening, bucking, sealant application, waterproofing integration and installation sequencing.
• Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, manufacturer requirements, NOAs and applicable Florida Building Code requirements.
• Identify improper installation practices and direct corrective action.
• Perform hands‑on quality‑control inspections at critical stages of installation.
• Coordinate field scheduling and activities with General Contractors, installation teams, other trades and internal Operations staff.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding project status, upcoming requirements and field issues.
• Document installation progress and critical stages through daily reporting and photographs.
• Perform final walkthroughs, generate punch lists and drive outstanding items through completion.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience installing residential window and door systems is required.
• Knowledge and experience with impact‑resistant window and door systems is required.
• Strong understanding of proper installation methods, anchoring, waterproofing, sealants, flashing, tolerances and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supervising installation crews.
• Experience with high‑end custom residential construction strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans and construction documents.
• Working knowledge of Florida Building Code, NOAs and applicable installation requirements.
• Ability to recognize installation deficiencies and confidently direct corrective action.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active projects and field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, urgency, leadership and personal accountability.
• Experience with premium window and door manufacturers preferred.
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore or similar construction‑management software preferred.
