Experienced Window Installer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window Installer to join our team. This is not a training position - we need someone who already has proven hands‑on experience installing residential impact windows and doors. The right candidate can step in on day one, perform quality installations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service without the need for extensive training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation of impact‑resistant products in residential homes.
- Demo, remove debris, and maintain a clean, safe job site.
- Install products, troubleshoot issues, and resolve installation or product concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address homeowner questions.
- Document work, complete forms, and collect final payments.
- Train and direct helpers, ensuring safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
- Perform quality control inspections to meet company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
- Complete required safety trainings and follow company safety policies.
- Support company goals by taking on related duties and continuously improving technical skills.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Must have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience installing and/or retrofitting impact windows and doors required.
- Prior experience installing or servicing PGT Vinyl products is a plus!
- Prior experience training, directing, or supervising the work of others desired.
- Ability to work independently also be willing to take suggestions and direction.
- Must undergo and pass criminal background screening.
- Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle (valid driver’s license & clean driving history).
Physical Demands & Abilities:
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job to ensure their own safety.
- Frequently lift and carry windows and doors that may weigh up to 100 lbs. or more.
- Climb ladders and scaffolding (requires balance, coordination, and lack of fear of heights).
- Physical strength to safely operate heavy power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns.
- Must be able to safely operate company trucks/vans/vehicles.
- Other demands: standing, bending, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods of time.
- Must possess endurance and resilience to work in hot weather conditions.
