Job summary
Luxury Impact LLC in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead installation teams on high‑end residential window and door projects. You will own field execution, ensure workmanship quality, review shop drawings, and coordinate with General Contractors to keep projects on schedule.
This full‑time role reports to the Director of Operations and requires hands‑on installation experience with impact systems, strong leadership, and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Hands-on installation experience required.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents.
- Knowledge of impact-resistant window/door systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate multi‑trade field activities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of field execution from pre-construction through final completion.
- Lead installation crews and ensure workmanship, productivity, schedule, and jobsite standards.
- Identify priorities, upcoming needs, conflicts and corrective actions.
- Review shop drawings, anchoring details, product requirements and conditions.
- Coordinate field scheduling with General Contractors and other trades; maintain proactive communication.
