Job summary
Luxury Impact LLC in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee field execution and installation quality across high-end residential projects. The role requires hands-on installation experience, leadership, and proactive management of multiple projects and crews.
The Field Superintendent will liaise with general contractors and other trades, report to the Director of Operations, and ensure compliance with shop drawings, NOAs, and Florida Building Code
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience installing residential window and door systems.
- Knowledge of impact-resistant windows and doors and proper installation methods.
- Ability to read shop drawings and construction documents.
- Experience with high-end custom residential construction preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of field execution from pre-construction through final completion.
- Lead installation crews and ensure workmanship, productivity, schedule and site expectations.
- Coordinate field scheduling with contractors, crews and operations staff.
- Review shop drawings, anchoring details, product requirements and installation conditions.
- Verify conditions, materials, and readiness prior to installation.
- Inspect installation practices and enforce proper workmanship.
- Perform final walkthroughs, punch lists and drive completion.
