Job summary

GBA Builders LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent to advance project execution by managing scopes, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination on projects typically under $5 million.

You will travel full-time to jobsites across the United States, maintain daily logs and photo records, and lead daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings. A bachelor’s degree and OSHA 30 are required; 3+ years’ experience; competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with trade partners and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities and logistics on job sites.
• Communicate with designers, contractors, and project team on RFIs, submittals, and docs.
• Ensure subcontractors meet safety, quality, and scope requirements.
• Manage quality-control efforts for materials and work completed.
• Coordinate inspections with jurisdictions and inspectors.
• Identify and resolve schedule, design, and safety conflicts.
• Maintain daily logs and photo records of work progress.
• Lead daily huddle and weekly coordination meetings.
• Travel to and from job sites; operate company vehicle as needed.
