Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent 2 to manage on-site field operations for client projects across the United States, starting with a project in northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, contract administration, drawings compliance, and customer relations; candidate will supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the Project Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site field experience with construction projects.
• Must understand construction drawings, specs and submittals.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and project team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the PM.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports.
• Provide proper correspondence with project management and clients.
