Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for client projects across the United States. The first assignment will be in northeast Ohio, with 100% travel to active sites.

Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, contract management, and client relations. The role requires coordinating with Project Managers and ensuring conformity to drawings and specifications on multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for record-keeping.
• Provide progress photos and label them for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports for clients and management.
• Ensure latest design drawing revisions are used during construction.
