Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with substantial construction field experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing intent.
• Keeps project schedule and escalates delays to PM.
• Writes Daily and Quality Inspection Reports; maintains records.
• Takes progress photos and labels each image.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures latest design drawings are used.
• May support PM or take lead on key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments for client approval.
• Communicates project status clearly with management and clients.
• Maintains on-site documentation per CDM Smith requirements.
